Google Play Store has a 24/7 Customer Support Line
From Android applications, to Play Movies and Books purchases or basically any issue you are having in the Play Store can be solved over the phone with the help of Google technicians. Getting help is pretty easy – simply fill out their form with your name, telephone number, and a brief description of the issue and they call you in a quick manner.
Pretty awesome, right?
This service isn’t actually new it has been around for a while according to a handful of commenters, as services like Google Wallet have had this exact same customer help form for months now.
The service is only available in 4 countries. At the moment, only Google customers that reside in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia can take advantage of this extra method of getting help. If you don’t live in any of the above-mentioned countries, you have to continue sending emails until your country is added to the list.
Has anyone seen this service before? Have you used it? Now that you know it exists, do you plan on using it?
Well the answer to that must be as with any customer service, they’re there if you need them, good to know.
