The Atrix was the first dual-core phone to hit the US, and even though it received a less-than-stellar followup at the end of the year last year, Motorola looks to be fixing that mistake with the Atrix 3.  Now this is entirely an unsubstantiated rumor, however it is rather exciting and not outside the realm of possibilities given Moto’s track record of hardware releases.  As you can see from the picture, the Atrix 3 will likely be loaded with a quad-core Tegra 3 SoC, 10MP camera with dual LED flash, a 3300mAh battery, 720p screen and even an insane 2GB of RAM. Kellex over at Droid Life is citing sources in the industry that point to a White Samsung Galaxy Nexus landing on Verizon “in the very near future.” Interesting enough, but it looks like the white GNex is only sporting 16 GB of storage onboard, and remember that the GNex doesn’t support a removable SD Card, so 16 GB is what you get. According to a rumor making its way around the web this morning, Pocket-Lint is reporting that Sony and HTC could make the announcement yet this month at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
