Floating Stickies is a handy multi-tasking notes app

Multi-tasking is something that Android does just plain better than any other mobile operating system out there.  The notification bar alone does a fantastic job of giving you access to lots of things with a quick swipe, but something fairly new has really taken the multi-tasking crown in Android: popup apps.  If you look around the Google Play Store you’ll find all sorts of things from popup video players, browsers and now even sticky notes.  This is where Floating Stickies comes in.  Floating Stickies is an amazing new pop-up note-taking app that stays on top of the screen no matter where you are.  This makes it ultra easy to take notes when in a call, during an app or even while watching a video.  Check out the full list of features:

- On top of all other apps (access from anywhere)
- Dock to the side & resize
- Copy/Paste/Share
- Smooth fun animations & colors
- Save the state of the stickies
- Simple & Clean look
- In constant development!

That last one is particularly awesome, because it means that we’ll probably see more and more features coming out of this as the developer works on them (and features are suggested)!  I’ve been using this on my Galaxy Nexus lately and it works like a charm.  Taking quick notes is even easier in this than in some of the task lists that stay in the notification bar.  Being able to save and upload them to the cloud ensure that you won’t lose them if you need to do a last-minute ROM flashing (or just forget to back up important stuff)!  Grab it for free at the Play Store link below.
