Free Version
I run Apex Launcher and yesterday it updated to v1.2.0. So I took the time to go through it on all the above devices just to see what work the Android Does (No relation to our site, Pity!) team had done. Boy have they done as proud.
What’s in this version:
* Support for Apex Launcher themes
* Support for selecting icons from LauncherPro and Go Launcher icon packs
* New gestures and Apex actions: toggle dock and recent apps
* Added CM9 settings integration
* Up to 10×10 grid on phones
* Support for ADW, LauncherPro, and GO Launcher themes (pro)
* Unread count notifications for icons in folders (pro)
* Improved desktop gestures
* Fixed a wallpaper position issue
* Fixed a icon scaling bug
* Various bug fixes and improvements
* Updated translations
Pro Version
Apex Launcher Pro (Paid Version) Features:
Multiple configurable drawer tabs, Unread count notifications Dock swipe gestures, Two finger gestures, More transition effects, Batch add option for folders, Option to merge folder contents, Widgets in dock (1×1 only), Overlapping widgets, More features on the way!
Note: Due to limitations of the Android framework, you won’t be able to add widgets from the app drawer without root access.
If your device is rooted, please enable the Root Helper via Settings > Advanced settings > Enable Root Helper.

Conclusion:
Rating: [4.5/5]
Once it was launcher pro, then Nova… Now this is the daddy! Can this app get any better!? The latest version is just superb! Exactly what I hoped: smooth transitions, very customisable, beautiful. I bought the full version since it doesn’t seem fair to get this much for free. The pro version runs very nicely on my rooted GSll, with the free version running just as good on both Xoom and the One S.
There seems to be an issue running on the Galaxy Note which, I’m sure the team will fix, ASAP.
