ROM Ported from official MIUI-China weekly release by Project_Fien_X and Magiman7

Guys, we are in the middle of automating this port, trying to decide what should be included as far as mods/gapps go. If you have an opinion, post it here. This weeks build was made by the bot, but is missing a few things that we would like to include, like the fastglow mod, carrier banner removal, etc. It will be updated with these mods soon. We will also be releasing a mod zip each week that will include the single signal mod and launcher settings mod as they become available.

We are aware that wifi tethering isn’t functioning right now and have “top people” working on it.
